How long will my portrait take?
Your digital preview is ready in 1–3 business days. After you approve it, digital files are emailed straight away and printed portraits arrive in about 7–10 business days (US) or 10–15 business days (UK & EU) after shipping.
Can you combine people or pets from different photos?
Absolutely. Upload up to three photos on the product page and tell us in the notes who should appear where — we'll bring everyone together in one scene.
My photo isn't very sharp. Can you still use it?
Usually yes. Upload it and leave a note; our team is used to bringing out details from older or blurry photos. If we need a better one, we'll email you before we start.
What's the difference between Digital Scan and Print?
Digital Scan is a high-resolution file of your portrait, emailed to you for printing or sharing. Print is your portrait printed on premium 300gsm fine art paper and shipped to your door — choose a frame if you want it ready to hang.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes — revisions on your preview are unlimited and free. We only print once you tell us you love it.
