Welcome to penxstudio (penxstudio.art). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

We create personalized watercolor-style portraits from photos you provide. Portraits are delivered as printed artwork on fine art paper (with or without a frame) or as digital files, depending on the option you choose. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed piece.

2. Your photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited license to use your photo only to create and deliver your order. We may decline any order or image at our discretion.

3. Orders, previews and pricing

All prices are shown in USD. After you order, we send a digital preview for your approval; revisions at the preview stage are free. Production starts once you approve the preview. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors or if we are unable to complete it.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, costs, cancellations and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, designs and artwork styles remain the property of penxstudio. You receive the right to display and print your finished portrait for personal, non-commercial use. We may share finished portraits as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, penxstudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
